MEET YOUR TEACHER
I teach yoga as a steady, grounded, and adaptable practice that supports you in returning to yourself. Through movement and stillness, I hold space for you to soften distraction and reconnect with compassion and presence.
My teaching is shaped through my teachers, Jonny Kest and Jonah Kest, and rooted in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, and Hatha.
since 2018, i've taught over 2,700 classes, each one continuing to deepen my gratitude for this practice and the community it has allowed me to serve.

In my work, i guide practices that support you in meeting yourself exactly as you are. Each offering is designed to help you feel more grounded in your body, more connected to your breath, and more present in your life.
Private yoga sessions and mentorship are best for those with a specific goal in mind - whether physical, mental, or personal growth. This is one-on-one work where we refine your practice, build awareness, and create a structure that supports your individual needs.
My public classes include vinyasa flow, ashtanga, yin, hatha, restorative, and chair yoga, offering options that meet you whether you want to build strength, slow down, or adapt your practice.
i also offer breathwork facilitation, supporting nervous system regulation and deeper awareness through the breath, as well as 200-hour yoga teacher trainings for those called to deepen their study or step into teaching.
